If the right size had been sent, it would have been fine. But to add insult to injury, the exchange request was never honored and no refund was made to my account. This request was bona fide because it was returned with the label you sent me. I would prefer never to do business with you again but I have a relative who has not lost complete confidence in your service and product.

I wear dandy and son shirts at least 3 to 4 days a week. I prefer the extreme cutaway, as it looks great with ties, bow ties, and no tie at all. Always a clean presentation.
